The firm was founded in 2019 by David Villanueva who is an experienced CFO with over two decades of Executive Financial Leadership in Silicon Valley and former CPA. David has been a member of the California Society of CPAS and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. David holds a BSC in Accounting from Santa Clara University.
